Forest & Fairy Original Acrylic Painting by Karlos Ibarra
Details
Karlos Ibarra is a Mexican painter best known for treating the human figure as a vessel for feeling rather than likeness. Forest & Fairy steps to one side of that work, into an imagined landscape where nature and the fantastical meet, but it keeps his instinct for suggestion over description — a fragment of a story left deliberately unresolved.
Worked in acrylic on canvas, the painting stays crisp where it needs to and loose where it doesn't, letting shapes hint at figures and foliage without settling into strict representation. At 20 × 30 cm it rewards close looking, and it arrives mounted on wood in a banak hardwood frame, ready to hang.
