Always Protect turns Jorge Tellaeche's interest in transition toward care and vigilance. The Mexican artist, who paints transformation as geometry, works here in a quieter register — guardianship framed as attention to what is fragile rather than any show of force.

In watercolor on paper, transparency and flow let color and form emerge organically, soft transitions building depth through accumulation rather than assertion. Pigment moves gently across the surface, and the sense of care reads as control without containment — meaning developing slowly, close to the eye.
